It's been a busy week in kindergarten!  Here's what we've been up to:

Caleb - We talked to our talking partners.
Sebastian - We did calendar.
Isadora - We did calendar.
Mathew - We learned about pigs.
Vainavi - We learned about pigs.
Gia - We did writing workshop.
Talha - We learned about pigs.
Xander - We did centers.
Vivienne - We learned to talk to our talking partners.
Daniel - We did book box reading.
Antonio - We colored a paper where we had to find the balls.
David - We learned about pig.
Reyansh - We wrote our names.
Emilio - We read our books.
Adriana - We played the pig game.
Louis - We did recess.
Sundarjot - We had lunch.
Elijah - We did the who said it game.
Kenza - We learned about scribbles.
Liliana - We did calendar.
Bella - We did writing workshop.
Jackson - We played on the playground.
Vaibhav - We did art.

Weekly update 5/31/19

It's been another busy week in kindergarten!  Here's what we've been up to:

Mya M.- We did sight words and we did our first grade in training badges.
Steven- We did Spanish and we did library.
Sanay- We did calendar and sharing.
Wyatt- I was the special helper this week and picked a pointer.
Jett- We did calendar and sharing.
Madhura- We did math.
Cannon- We did math centers and Spanish.
Liam- We did centers, Spanish, and lunch.
Ojas- We did Glad.
Fletcher- We did a ladybug project and we counted to 100.
Olivia- We did calendar and sharing.
Urvee- We had Spanish with Señora Quant and she gave us masks.
Simran- We went to lunch and we did GLAD.
Noemi- We did our fluency party.
Maya K.- We had our fluency party and we only have 1 pompom left in our jar, so we're so close to our pompom party.
Aarsh- We did calendar and sharing
Grayson-We did whiteboards and we did our sight words on them.
Macx- We did sharing and calendar.
Rajveer- We played on the playground.
Chaithanya-.We did math centers.
Mia- We did math and we had a read aloud about a pigeon.
Amanda-We went to recess.
Camila- We did a first grade poster.
Abby- We did a first grade poster and in the first grade poster we sang a song.

Q Bear Guest Blogger: Amanda

Q Bear and I hung out together. We had a snack it was apples. Then we hung out in my living room and we played legos together. I then went to my softball practice. I took a picture with him. We played a game. My mommy held Q Bear in the outfield to give me a high five. And then my brother went to bat with Q Bear. Q Bear didn't get a hit. and then me and my brother and Q bear took a picture at the play structure. We then took a picture on the play structure. We then went to my sister's school event. We got to put tickets in a cup and then the students told us about their stories and one was a dance. Q Bear's favorite was my sister's. We ate dinner together. It was pork chops. Q bear liked it. We got ready for bed and then we went to sleep.

Weekly update 5/23/19

Cannon - One thing we did was we went to the playground and we read books.
Madhura - This week we did math centers.
Mia - This week we did centers and we went to recess.
Steven - We did math centers and we did calendar.
Abby - We did math centers.
Mya M. - We did calendar and sharing.
Amanda - We went to recess.
Chaithanya - We did centers.
Grayson - We did math centers and what we did in math centers was math.
Aarsh - We did math.
Maya K. - One thing we did this week is we did bonus time and in bonus time everybody in bonus time has different teachers.  They don't get their normal teacher.
Noemi - One thing we did this week was we learned about an ant.
Simran - We learned about an ant.
Camila - One thing that we did this week was we did calendar and we dressed up weather bear.
Ojas - We did calendar and sharing.
Fletcher - We did sharing and we did centers.
Olivia - We did calendar and in calendar we said the pattern.
Urvee - We have four pompoms left.
Jett - We did calendar and sharing.
Rajveer - When we did centers, we had the sensory table.
Wyatt - We got to play at the sensory table and then we got to sit at the carpet.
Sanay - We did centers.

Urvee - We only have a little bit of pompoms left in our jar.
Chaithanya - We did calendar and sharing.
Rajveer - We made a ladybug.
Cannon - We dressed weather bear and we played at the big playground.
Macx - We did calendar.
Ojas - We did centers.
Grayson - We made a ladybug in our classroom for art and it can put its wings out.
Sanay - We did centers.
Fletcher - We did recess and big recess.
Aarsh - We did calendar and sharing.
Maya K. - One thing we did this week is we made ladybugs.  Our ladybugs could open their wings.  And we did calendar.
Liam - We did recess and we played on the little playground.
Mia - We did art and art is so fun!
Steven - This week we did calendar and sharing.
Jett - We did calendar and sharing.
Wyatt - We got to make a ladybug and we got to play at the big recess.
